Personal Statement
As soon as I heard Taako’s first words, I knew I wanted to cosplay him. This elven wizard is really fun to cosplay; I took a month of intense listening and repeating his lines to myself to develop his accent, but now that I am comfortable with it I can slip into my “Taako voice” anytime I want. It really helps me encompass the character. As for his outfit, most of it is compiled of things I already own, many of it from previous costumes and outfits. Taako is one of my favorite characters to cosplay due to his unique personality and super comfortable (but fun) outfit.
